The very same people. Who else is going to? Conscripts? Slaves? Who do you think should? Do you want to come here and take care of me by coercion? Or, do you think you should be allowed to coerce other people to take care of you? That type of arrangement doesn't hold up very long IMHO.

I don't think it's possible to get through those who refuse to use their brain or don't have one to begin with. I gave up on them a long time ago. So many are brainwashed and have not the slightest inkling of what they read nor talk about. They just repeat what someone with hidden motives tells to them. They can't even read content anymore, it has to fed to them through YouTube clips and tiktok

Fyi, Somalia has both a government and central bank so you may want to rethink your argument since the assumptions are completely wrong.
