Should Baron welcome Hitman back?

The "experts" saying this may be AKIN to the market analyst "experts", who can be often quite seriously wrong.

I'm sure that mrmarket knows better, and is asking you to bring him your meats and cheeses for the sake of your own health. He really does care about you!

Not even ONE?

Your whole-food diet needs to have higher proportions of roughage and lower proportions of cholesterol.

That means definitely go light on the meats and cheeses. They can become a huge problem.

90% of diseases could be eradicated or prevented with a proper diet (and lifestyle).

90%!

Think about it.

I dont know about 90% but I hear ya...good book to read is Digestion by chopra...i think thats the name of book dont recall....#1 killer by far is stress ( although it hides in different forms or ailments)which has nothing to do with proper diet or does it??? hmmmmmmm....peace

In short Chopra says that a good digestive system is what its all about....if u dont have one it doesnt matter what you eat...in turn a person with a good digetive system can eat poisin.....

Stress increases those cholesterol type things that clog up your arteries, and also affects your digestion. Heartburn, ulcers, colitis, etc are all stress related.

Note I said lifestyle too.

Just came back from having a hot latte, I thought this was another thread wiped out by Baron but it's still alive. Anyone IMHO who follows Chopra too closely is in for a rude awakening. This guy is just a well educated (very) SUPER SALESMAN.

With the proper diet (and there is only ONE proper diet -and it's not Atkins) the effects of stress can be mitigated to such an extent that cardiovascular disease (clinical form) would never occur.

Stress would have little effect on you.
