If there were a blatently rascist organization, others would refuse to do business with them for fear of guilt by association, or simply because they don't agree with their position. Employees may also leave for the same reasons.
However if a PRIVATE organization doesn't want to sell to a particular group of people that is THEIR CALL, not yours, and not the federal governments. There COULD also be a legitimate reason for not doing business with a certain race, demographic, or even sex. Worse, if this were illegal imagine all of the fake cries of rascism and fraudulant lawsuits that would be filed by people like you (if u were American)?
