I just ran the conversion-maths on the top five US banks by market cap. All of the atm conversions were priced within a few cents of the declared dividend for the quarter. Not to say that they won't be slashing dividends, but it's not apparent in the option markets.

Well then , it will simply prolong the inevitable...weaker financials.
