In fairness to Heil here (not that he asked me!), on my screen this move upward looks very weak. Heil is only down something like 1.6%, in my trading I set a 3% stop to give a little room.

A big negative divergence has been formed on the CAT chart, I don't see much upside here. Its very extended and I think things will be headed down. But I would set my stop at 3% to preserve capitol.

Not every trade is a winner. My trading is only right about 55-58% of the time. But my win/loss ratio is 2 or 3 to 1 because I set my stops and let the winners run. I would continue with this trade if I were him.

I think it would be hard to find two traders here that look at the same thing.

The break of the classic wedge is certainly one way to trade. I don't follow that set up. I trade on price, trendline, divergence, and RSX. The attachment shows what I was refering to about weakness, divergence, etc

I don't trade this equity, right now I trade three others that offer better setups in a little different time frame. But I absolutely guarantee I could make money trading CAT with this chart.

nice to have you back on the scene. Last time when I was bringing the CAT trade to an end with some profits, you somehow disappeared.

Let's see what happens.

Not only the same thing but the same thing the same way.

Very nice chart oneway'. I am presuming your RSX is theRSI or RSI Stochastic. I know it too is one of a handful of indicators that reflect divergence well. Nice going, and continued good trading.
 
Countdown is going on. 75, 74. 73.. we are @72. 85 so far. I'm taking some of my profits in the options to take advantage of the huge volatility.

Just under $72. I'm just waiting for the guys telling me that my trading style only consists of luck and that I have no clue at all.

I tell you what:
I'm at all time high and I'm up 256% at the moment for the year so far.

I give a shi.. on rules.
I shi.. on academics.
I shi... on people selling systems or seminars.
I shi... on brokers giving advice.
I'm doing things that are unpleasant.
I'm ready to take pain.
I have a feel when it is time to play in an aggressive way.
My stomach is more important than my brain, maybe I have not enough, if so no problem to me.
