J jrlvnv Feb 6, 2007 #1 forgive me for lacking the knowledge on this topic but I thought that the new pilot program gave traders the ability to short listed stocks on the bid without a uptick. Am I wrong on this? If I am wrong when will this take effect? Thanks J
