LOL, my watch is costing as much as your house there son in Vegas, as RE in Vegas is dirt cheap.

I'm in Vegas often playing live at the PALMS with Oakenfold, Deadmou5 etall and doing shows at the Beach Club..WYNN parties.

Vegas is so fucking cheap right now, I'm sure you can pick up RE for pennies.

I was long puts and short deep calls on NDX; been sitting with them watching paint dry for a week, scaling in. But I was not at all sure we would sell off.

Manufacturing in the US has all but halted. Most of my clients on the Private Manufacturing end have plans to lay off in the next few months.

Baltic Dry Index points to US Markets heading for 911 lows. Guys I deal with who own Shipping Lines and Freight movement world wide are fighting for business...it's slowing down and their margins are thin. Lower oil is keeping them alive for now.

EMU is in shambles and Greece is about to go up in Flames again as they plan on cutting more "Programs".

We should be in a deep recession (as if we came out of the first) by end of this quarter.

Next year is going to be a serious bloody year, no pun intended.

The Unemployment levels will be far higher, ELECTION YEAR -SOCIALIST Vs MORE SOCIALIST as RON PAUL will not win. Nothing will be done about creating a "jobs Base" and the FED will still try and influence the Job Market all the while, keeping inflation artificially low. Double Digit Inflation numbers are coming, just not sure if they will hit in 2012 or 2013.

Bottom line, Markets should break 911 lows by next year IMHO.

Second I doubt any of you clowns caught the short after the decision, and if you did market orders you got fucked and shorted the lows.

Nicely played. I did OK with my DOG (short DOW) and actually took most of my position after the announcement on a market order. The bid-ask gaps were scary and it was jumping around like a Mexican bean but I got a decent fill anyway.

Anybody who says he KNEW there would be a sell-off is full of it. Anybody who believes he KNOWS what will happen is destined to go broke.

Holding 25% of a large position was rational. The FED could easily have made a more radical move and could have sent the market up 5% or more.

The downside potential here is considerable, especially IF we go through the August lows.

Hansel....sounds good. You did the right thing by covering.

By the way, I did not have a large position. The most I ever risk is between 10 to 20k in buying/shorting power...that is very small compared to my friends who trade millions.

So, I was no where near being large. I had more on than 90% of the Pikers on this site, yes...but by no means was I large.

August lows for sure.....i say 99% chance.

I want to see serious capitulation. I mean panic selling. I'm talking headlines that read "END OF THE WORLD".

We need to put in a real bottom, so I can start getting long key industry and setting up for longer term, 10 years out.

Right now, I hardly put on trades. Shorting is risky as shit as the Clowns on the NYSE, and FEDs pulll shit outa their hat and force this thing up.

I'm not sure when I will put on another trade. I am on the sidelines for now. I really want to put some of the money to work and manage my own portfolio...but now is not the time.

I work for my self fuck nut. I can have plenty of down time or work 24/7...It all depends on me. I answer only to my clients for my consulting, my business partner in my label and my manger who puts me on tour.

That is how I roll. Oh yea, I'm also mobile on the Iphone , with Skype, Video chat ....so no matter where I am, I can work or play.
