He's catching heat for not being able to make his house payments trading his system and then becoming a charlatan deceitfully spamming the trade forums trying to solicit fresh meat to bail himself out.
Letâs get one thing straight here, despite your accusations, which you culled from that great arbiter of truth The NY Post, it was not his trading system that led him down the road to financial disequilibrium. Certain events occurred in his life, beyond his control, that got him into some rough times. How do I know? Because I asked Mr. Carboni himself. He was gracious enough to invite me to his home for an informal discussion and show me his operation. I have also investigated his story further with a neighbor of mine who has worked on the floor of the NYMEX and is now a director and has corroborated what Mr. Carboni had to say.
Stealth Trader youâre showing bad character and lack of moral fiber by chastising a man of whose background you know nothing about. I found Mr. Carboni to be genuine and a gentleman. Much unlike yourself as youâve demonstrated through your recent tirade in this journal. I write not to assualt your ego, or apologize for some imagined faux pas of Mr. Carboniâs. I simply want you to know that I find it disturbing your obscene attacks against a man to the point where it is now an obsession. It is as though you have entered the downward spiral of a man suffering from delusional paranoia due to alcohol psychosis.
Stealth Iâve read every one of your entries into this journal just to see for myself why Mr. Carboni has you so rankled. By appearances initially you had no problem with Mr. Carboni. In fact you applauded his initial efforts, and yet you spoke out of both sides of your mouth.

Absolutley, he's great entertainment value. I've only seen the past two weeks or so videos. At quick glance, it appears he only seems to be correct on direction 70-75% of the time and his targets are rarely on the money. Continually having to adjust his targets after the fact hardly places him in guru status. But he does give great advice to anyone who may not have ever traded before. â¦â¦â¦â¦
He claims that he wants to move to Vegas and do consulting. I take that to mean a fee based service of some sort. I wish him no ill will as well, and hope he finds whatever it is he is after. However, if he is behind the cheerleading facade, then he loses all credibility and is nothing more than another in a long line of sleezy snake oil salesmen.
The hypocrisy of it all. Wishing a man no ill will yet within the same breath insulting his integrity. Over a very short period of time your entries have degenerated into a vitriolic attack on the man himself while insulting others with your arrogance.

Nope, this thread is not about trading, it's about sleazy shills. Do try and keep up.

Your having already been exposed for the lying charlatan you keep showing yourself to be, notwithstanding, let's not overlook the fact he wasn't able to make his house payments with his "grand calls." If he isn't able to support himself trading his calls, perhaps this is why he is setting up a ruse to sell them?
Stealth you are welcome to your opinion but it is this entry that you made that I take umbrage with because it is completely disingenuous and slanderous as well.

I don't know what his angle is, but time will tell, no doubt. What put him in my crosshair was the incessant spamming in numerous trading forums from his goon platoon under the guise that they are just fellow traders trying to pass the word, when in fact, they seem to be in bed with him.
Furthermore, when asked outright if he is going to eventually charge for the calls, he gives a song and dance routine only to end the spun verbiage with "enjoy it for now." Asked if he is a broker, he sidesteps the question with "call me." When someone with an obvious motive displays cryptic behavior, it raises suspicion. He could honestly answer legitimate questions without revealing any vital information if he so chose. It's called integrity.
The question of why he was unable to make his mortgage payments while trading goes unanswered, yet he wants others to follow his calls under the pretense of "do your own homework," trailed by, "follow my calls and I will make you money."
Could be oscar retains ties to the floor and has access to the orders, thus his pinning the low or high within a tick or two, which would explain the consistant "typos." As for his S/R levels, their is no magic there, as anyone well versed in the markets can predict those with consistant accuracy as well. It very well could be that his daily analysis is not his at all, but comes from someone else's work. The fact remains, that after 25 years on the floor, the best he was able to do was "make a living." And since leaving the floor, he was unable to do even that. Speaks volumes.
Oscar is quite charismatic, and that will be his ultimate salvation. As such, there will be an endless stream of koolaid drinkers coming to his rescue believing he can do no wrong, regardless of what he does. Most likely, these lemmings have blown out their savings trying to trade on their own, and oscar is their newfound savior. They are the ones with delusions of grandeur that they can quit their day job, trade for a few hours a day, and then spend the rest of their time on the golf course living the dream. This seems to be oscar's target audience.
In summary, I predict he's just another snake oil salesman in a
new shiny sharkskin suit. Let's see how he does when the markets turn choppy. Are we supposed to believe, that given the tens of thousands before him, many with Ph.D.'s, that he somehow is the one who found the holy grail? Marketing at it's finest.
st
It now appears that you have a personal vendetta against this man and for what reason?

What really got him in my cross hairs was when his people began posting on various forums pretending to be a joe smoe trader.
Well that point was quite apparent in your second posting in this journal on April 18th as quoted above. Who cares whether someone is pretending to be someone they are not. The truth is discernible, it doesn't take a genius to figure it out. Who put you on this crusade of righteousness, defender of the truth over the internet. Get a life! Go out and take a walk, go read a book, get a hobby.
Or is it because, as you so eloquently put it:
Quote from Stealth Trader:

have the decently to sponsor this site
Which got me to thinking, why does this singular point comes up again and again in your postings. Who would care if some shill is out peddling his wares in a forum unless they felt as though they were being cheated monetarily? You wouldnât happen to be a paying sponsor to this site would you now?
However sir you have finally crossed the line with what is highlighted in bold

I then received several PM's from others stating that Oscar had solicited them for money. This I did not reveal because it was just hearsay via a private message. However, soon after, another poster reiterated the very same scenario in detail and posted it on ET. The Koolaid drinkers came out in full force and it has escalated from there.
That sir is a boldfaced lie. Unless you are willing to present definitive proof of that statement then you are nothing more than a liar. Too much rides upon this manâs livelihood and reputation for you to make such a disingenuous statement.
Mr. Carboni has decided to take a step down a path that many fear to tread. To re-invent himself after having spent nearly 25 years in a job he loved while making a comfortable living. To put himself out there on the firing line everyday in an effort to make a new career for himself. Heâs been brave enough to utilize a medium that has transformed the face of communication within the scope of the resources that he has available. Take it for what it is worth, no one is holding a gun to your head telling you to follow his advice. Quite frankly his advice hasnât been all that bad and as you have admitted yourself it is quite entertaining. This is a singular manâs effort to build a business. The man is a true entrepreneur willing to face the risk without remuneration.
Letâs see you do the same Stealth Trader. Put yourself out there, do your own website, make your own market call to be scrutinized by the public. You canât because you are one of the born pessimists who hate to see the success of others. The naysayer, the arrogant know-it-all who wishes nothing but failure upon others. There is nothing worse than an unprincipled, intolerant, self-aggrandizing, obnoxious, insipid, liar and that sir is the fiber from which you are made. You are nothing but a coward. If I have hit a raw nerve with you and you feel obligated to respond then the truth has been exposed.
Just,
