Short SFD Smithfield---largest pork producer in the USA

This is the largest pork producer in the United States and they have operations in Mexico. If swine flu can bring down the market on Monday, I doubt their pps can hold $10. I just put in a order to short 1k shares at 10.15. We shall see what happens tomorrow.

Why not buy some june call options? SFD is down 12% right now but when people realize that this flu strain is called "swine flu" but it is actually transmitted by people the stock will return to its previous level.
