HE HAD CLIENTS of the CTA... and none of them were named Walton. His wife was wealthy and they paid less than $2MM for the house.
 
I don’t believe anyone can go under the radar being worth 18 billion except maybe Putin and Kadafi. Even Pablo Escobars net worth was understood.
