I'm short @ $60 for Herbalife. This stock feels like Enron.

It would be fun to watch if this stock crashes to $0. I hope this company fails in all regards

Was there any part of Ackman's presentation today that was particularly new or convincing? Personally, I was expecting a LOT more after the statements he made yesterday about this being the most important speech of his life.
 
For someone who was making the "most important speech of his life" it was pretty disappointing, except the money laundering in Venezuela.

And you saw how he flubbed the question about the stock price reacting against him.... blaming the newspapers for not investigating the company for him.
 
That being said, I would like to see them out of business as well. MLMs suck.

I just wouldn't like being short knowing Icahn could get on CNBC any minute and drive it up another 10%.

I agree.
Rob Chapman said this is his largest long. And yesterday he liquidated other positions to add to this.

Someone will lose big on this.
