Short GOOG, Long Facebook?

the thread is meant to discuss the true value of various internet companies (and their relative values). feel free to discuss other major internet players as well.

i start by posing the question whether Facebook is a real competition to Google.

p.s. i realize that the poll is hypothetical at this stage.

I do not think Facebook can copy GOOG's basic business model. It will still be social networking site with possible advertising revenue and all. Goog will dominate the search space.
With GOOG / YAHOO/ BING in this market, Facebook can probably pray on YAHOO/ BING share more that GOOG's. I would look to short YAHOO instaead of GOOG, when you put risk and reward in prospective.
