GE up 3% today, S&P up only 1.5%.

GE looks strong, outperforming.

We might be too early for a lawsuit short. And in reality, proving damages will be tough, though their cheaping out on safety might be a contributing factor.

Then again, BP got whacked hard in the gulf spill.
