ok, I completely f__d up today.
Whole day working on loss reduction, got from several k to 40£ but it cost me lots of clicking, :-).
I know, it should have been otherway round but what to do back to drawing board.

- was quite active today, was buying DAX 5875, 5850, 5825, bought put spread 6000/5600, all in the money

- closed indices before US session at 5915, 5920, 5926, should have waited for 6000
