Short DAX at 7740

As usually, gentlemen, we have some self-proclaimed "desks" out there who are simply artificially holding up this market. Every 15 minutes of holding up this market above certain levels, brings in some additional fools with their liquidity. That´s exactly what these desks want to "suggest" : there is "demand".

No demand at all. At least not from large German mutual funds ( almost EUR 2300 billion AUM ). They are net sellers.

I don´t care much. I think I almost personally bought all 6300 calls out there...Short FDAX.
 
Hands-on experience with NF payrolls:
I expected negative numbers so that I placed sell order 5 points below market (6373) to get move down.
FILL: Well, I usually get filled, however, this time, it jumped down and I got filled on the way up.

I closed it 15 points down, 6388, then I was taking 1-4 points (just based on feeling, :-), pure luck) where dax was above 6390, 7points.
Ultimatelly, I went short dax/ftse spreads which I closed around 14:05 or so with 13 points in the pocket.

How did you trade NFP?

Forgotten to say: I cancelled the order (I believe enough in advance) but what happened was that I got "Timed out" message and was happily filled.

Actually, we wrote a small sub program :

every time we make a profit of 5 points on 10 lot size we automatically let the system buy with the profits 6300 calls, because we know there are some professional crooks out there cornering this market.

Well, it is quite clear that somebody got deep pockets and hold lots of players. Obviously, it is better to piss down the wind so one has to go with them. (at least in my case)
