I expect another run up higher to take out these stops over 4869.50. Be prepared for some nasty action !

No nasty action so far, just boring sideways trading in ES, FDAX just dancing with the herd...

I think, we are at the beginning of a healing process and the first signs of an abating crisis are accuring.
I see some encouriging signs that people are beginning to save and repay debt and that is GOOD !
What do you do as a private person that is heavy indebted ? Answer : if you are a honest man / woman, you pay your debt back before you start spending again or you spend less.
But that´s always the start of a healing process, isn´t it ?
I see a bottom of desastrous negative news. I don´t want to call for a bottom, but let´s say a good "underfloor" has been establsihed.
What we need now is optimism ! Can´t hear anymore negative news !

I am generally an optimistic person and although sarcastic with regards to the stupidity and greed of "Wall Street", I believe that we have so much negative sentiment out there, I wouldn´t be surprised if we see some positive news flows in the coming months.
I know personally a bunch of fund managers still sitting on the sidelines with hoards of cash ( 15-20 % ), still "hoping" markets will com down again to pick them up !
I am maximum hedged to the downside and just enjoying volatility.
By the way : volatility play is one of the most profitable this quarter and I wouldn´t be surprised if a certain investment bank would announce huge profits with regards to a volatility play set up also in 3rd Q 2007....
