Trading OPM is much more different then trading PA or PROP Account. Risk Management, Entries / Exits "a little" bit different then with OPM.
Although there is an old rule managers should not trade their own account, I am pretty happy with doing it partly myself !
Although I have allocated a good portion to befriended managers - some sort of diversification. Does mean : I trust myself a lot, but God moves in mysterious ways - so I think, it´s sometimes a pretty good idea to give my collegues a chance to prove their capabilities ;=))
