Short DAX at 7740

I hope it will breakdown today, there is no panic, perhaps not yet at these levels, it's when we start nearing reaction lows on most indexes the panic selling might set in, DAX is further away from one compared to S&P500, perhaps that is why DAX is not tanking yet. DAX is normally a good barometer of what will happen in US session.
 
there is some fighting going on for the long term channel from march lows...as these are worked through, look for the yen carry trades unwinding...Underlying DAX has at least further room to fall to 7741 area...BUT take care...I wouldn´t be surprised if some "talk" of rate cuts will appear over the course of the trading day...short squeeze danger !!!!
