Watching Options. Greeks changing every second....Lots of hedging activities going on....But the news of the day :

Goldman Sachs Q2 EPS 78 cents vs $4.93

Why do I have the gut feeling that these numbers are "fabricated" and that next quarter will be mind blowing "good" ?:D

At least Alan Greenspan would have had the guts to chose his words more carefully, but this Bernanke bullsh1t is in preparation for QE II.

It doesn´t pi... me off that he sort of prepared the gorund for additional easing measures but the context and content of his speech. Jesus, a school kid would have done a better job ! :mad:

I looked at my statistics and past 24h were one of the best over 2y period.
Morning, I closed cac(3580, happy with that) and dax(6135), my overnight shorts, they which became my longs for the 1/2-1day.
However, German ifo and UK GDP can bring nice moves.
 
Germany's Ifo index posted an unexpectedly large jump in July, offering further evidence of the strength of the euro zone's largest economy.

The business climate index jumped to 106.2, up from a reading of 101.8 in June, the Munich-based Ifo Institute reported Friday.

Economists had forecast a decline to 101.5.
