You respond with something completely irrelevant to the quote. Nonwithstanding that, Russia used them first and Ukraine bomb their own territory (includes Crimea) exclusively until very recently.
I follow this war daily since it's in a neighboring country. Meanwhile you guys look very uneducated about practically everything.
Not on my laptop but I can show you examples of cluster bomb damage later tonight, works just fine against neatly parked aircraft and unprotected structures.
Cluster bombs are anti-personnel weapons, not typically used to attack airfields and other military installations.
Obviously you don’t seem aware that cluster weapons are the preferred weapons to destroy groups of planes in the open on the ground and create holes in runways to make them unusable.
