Sheriffs everywhere are publicly flipping Obama the bird

I don't remember any of this happening back when the first gun ban was passed, but we didn't have the internet back then to facilitate both sides of an argument.

One of the sheriffs from Kentucky seems to imply that a commonwealth has more freedom from federal law than a state does. I'm not sure that's what he really means, but it has me googling for info.

Obama deserves the bird. He gets it from me every time I see him on the TV. I just wish he could see me.

Oathkeepers and other like organizations are full of soldiers and police officers who swear not to disarm the citizenry should it ever come to that (and it won't). The White House smartly recognized that this was a fight they wouldn't be able to win.
