Yeah, and while we're hoping for unicorns and rainbows, maybe Congress could include themselves in the law as well.

India/China still have a growing future. the US is just interested in divvying up the current pie.
the US is likely to turn up as the new Argentina/Brazil or if stupidity prevails the new Venezuela.
