Story seems like bull to me. Hillary has a look of horror on her face.

The photo above has already attained the status of journalistic history: It shows the Obama administration's senior national security team monitoring the mission targeting Osama bin Laden's compound in Abbottabad. In the shot, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sits with a hand clasped over her mouth as the raid unfolds in real time.

But Clinton suggested Thursday that her seeming emotional reaction to the raid's progress may not come from concern or anticipation; instead, it may have to do with her allergies.

"I am somewhat sheepishly concerned that it was my preventing one of my early spring allergic coughs," she told reporters in Rome. "So, it may have no great meaning whatsoever."

She added that she can't shed any additional light on just what she and her fellow national security advisers were witnessing at just that moment.

"I have no idea what any of us were looking at at that particular millisecond," she said.

Good Grief…

The head of the CIA admitted yesterday that there was no live video footage of the raid on Osama bin Laden’s compound as further doubts emerged about the US version of events.

Then what were they watching?… A blank screen?
The White House released this photo of the security team watching the raid on the Osama compound in Abbottabad. Now we know the feed was not working.

The Telegraph reported:
Leon Panetta, director of the CIA, revealed there was a 25 minute blackout during which the live feed from cameras mounted on the helmets of the US special forces was cut off.

A photograph released by the White House appeared to show the President and his aides in the situation room watching the action as it unfolded. In fact they had little knowledge of what was happening in the compound.

Mr Panetta said: “Once those teams went into the compound I can tell you that there was a time period of almost 20 or 25 minutes where we really didn’t know just exactly what was going on. And there were some very tense moments as we were waiting for information.

Ok, so in this techno age when they can have cameras mounted on race car driver helmets, or skier's helmets, or underwater divers transmitting in real-time what they see - the US military's top mission group has to use 2 soup cans and a long string to transmit mission status....

Maybe this is their way of asking for more funding for the military.
 
You kidding me? The playoffs are going on right now! They were watching Lakers vs. Dallas! Obviously Hillary is a Lakers fan. Shes pissed they kept missing the 3 pointers.

And it's likely not "drunken" stupor, just "stupid" stupor. :D
