Maybe he doesn't want a 2nd term... maybe he just wants a sky-high market so he can exit and claim, "look how great the market and America did while I was President". And when the piper comes to be paid for his mess, he'll be long gone. It will be the next guy's problem.

or maybe, he is just an idiot surrounded by idiot advisors making him doing and saying idiotic shit. he is the asshole version of Peter Sellers character in the" Being There".
 
The smart play is to primary him w/a moderate. The dems are hell bent on ousting all of those. I mean he's already welshed on the wall, the borderx2, obamacare, China, etc...

Let's be honest, the true winner here is Turtle Mitch who's made all of Trump's wins happen.
