shall i deduct markup disclosure to calculate profit?

Hi everyone,

I got annual report from my trading platform. On the account summary, there is net realized P/L $$$, and at the bottom there is markup disclosure $$$.
My question is : to calculate my net profit, for tax purpose, my actual profit should be net realized P/L minus markup disclosure. Am I correct?
