As your EDIT and the word AGENDA. That is what you have here. This must be your friend and i am sorry to you but he crossed the line here. You are going on ignore now as being a victim in the past it is easy to see it the next time. You are trying to cover for him it looks like.

Only this thread and how many times you posted about it. You can see the PM sent but your obsessiveness is the concern. I can understand if you started the thread but you state your opinion and keep going. I am sorry if i feel this way but i do. to disagree we can do that but you have become Obsessed with how i feel or what i have said. I also think you should seek help to try and understand all people see and feel things different.

Baron has banned others in the past for such but I think in those situation the victim sort'uv speak had not made any derrogatory commentary prior to receiving the pm's.
Secondly, if you plan to pursue this legally (seems like you have) you should stop all communication about this topic with other ET members.
Simply, you should have kepted this private and worked with Baron and other authorities without anyone else knowing about it.
Sure, everybody knows there are cyberstalking laws (most states have them) and everybody knows that a simple google search will turn up stories about arrests and convictions of sexual harassments, stalking, threats via the internet (emails, forums, pm's) et cetera.
The above facts isn't really debatable.
What's debatable is Baron's opinion and the opinion of those in the legal system that will review how this started, how many occurrences has occurred (the stalking factor) and any threats or accusations you may have said yourself prior to the confrontation.
Your above quote and other quotes made by you that was intentionally not mentioned is why you should stop posting about this topic and let Baron and those in the legal system handle this because you are leaving a paper trail about yourself that other's may see equally offending.
Have you left a paper trail here at ET with your own name calling, personal attacks et cetera towards the person you are complaining about???
Baron or any lawyer will review your public forum messages (your behaviour) prior to the pm's being sent your way.
In addition, pretend your an employee at some job and your boss sexually harasses you...
Any decent lawyer you may have hired would highly advise you not to be discussing the details of your case with other employees, customers of the company et cetera.
Also, any decent lawyer will review your own behaviour prior to the pm's being sent to you.
Further, to continue discussing this publicly will make many wonder about your agenda along with making those trying to help you very angry...

But I'm not blind about all the name calling, personal attacks, baiting that has skyrocketed recently here at ET from the usual cast of characters about the usual cast of characters.
Baron allowing this behavior to continue will put his own revenue source from this site in jeopardy and may eventually involve his forum site in a serious litigation issue that becomes big news.
There's some crazy laws out there about the internet that should make some double think about forum stalking especially when they leave a long paper trail sort'uv speak in a public manner at the forum.
Also, I'm sure some here that's been around since 2002 remember actual threats by members that start from name callings, personal attacks, complaints being sent et cetera without Baron nor moderators getting involved until the members agree to meet some where in person for a phyical confrontation.
Imagine what would have happen had an assualt occurred or worst.

OP needs to grow up and stop taking everything literrally. Spydertrader nailed it. HE/She did not contact any authorities. IF she did they will laugh in her face. Iam sure both have them have 20-30 other aliases. They probably have been going at it for years. Iam more pissed at sqanp than MandelbrotSet's behavior, becuase I think frevilous lawsuites are lot worse than vulgar language.
