Hi,
Whilst the platform will open all 40 pairs positions, it will require approx margin of $2000, you will have $400,000 exposure and the slightest whisker of movement in your underlying positions and the broker will margin call you and close all positions. Your combined leverage would be 159:1, very extreme.
If you had previous demo with us the software will not generate a new demo to the same email address, you have 2 options, contact support and ask them to extend your original demo, or fill out demo request form with alternative email address.

...I am testing out this demo with $2500 dollars to see where my threshhold of risk is. I have opened up 8 positions; 7 of them at 0.2 lots and 1 of them at 0.1 lots, is this margin call territory?

Yes! You do not know how will the signals be doing in the next days. Maybe you are too lucky to pick up the right signal providers in this 2 days. But if you unfortunately selecting the signals that losing $1000 in the next 2 days, even their history shows very good statement and maybe they have chance to win more trades in the future, but you only have $1500 in your account now! If you still open 10 positions after that, this will be much higher risky and you may get a margin call at that time!
