yeah. the guy use to take over night clubs, claiming to be the owner, collect the receipts untill he was proven not be the owner. pretty funny and scary stuff.

after seeing the program, i am convinced that billy ash fabricated the story. Seth may have had a drug problem, but the other stuff is made up. It's a bad situation.

Remember it was Filomena that brought Ash into the picture in the first place. Beware of the trophy blond wife with too much time on her hands and access to an Amex black card. Ash is pretty much full of shit though.

billy turned on Filomena after she refused to give in to his payoff attempts. She sent a franck muller watch and a bottle of 1990 Krug but Billy wanted cash. what a trip that guy is/was!

Exactly and one word: MISDIRECTION.
Filomena was quite a schemer. Hiring Billy was just a perfect misdirection to throw off those dumb police.
Most likely Filomena hired somebody to hide in the bottom of the pool, lured Seth into the pool after he had been drinking, left to go to the bathroom, and bamm....that was it for Seth. She waited 1/2 hour until the killer got away, and then called police with that great performance. She gives great phone as well.
