Set up on USD/CAD

ah well, here it goes
this should be on the tws bug thread
I made sure and plugged my phone in last night to get a full charge
who knows how many minutes it will take for somebody over there to solve my simple problem
and the thing is
I went probably 4 years or more without ever calling them
then they decided to improve what I was 100% completely happy with
since then I have had to call them almost every day, week or month

ah well, It's been an hour, 3 people, the last guy was from India and I spent more time saying, "What did you say?" and he kept telling me "Wait one second" and I said "OK, it's been 10 seconds." I finally just hung up, because I was going to start getting vulgar

at any rate, now whenever I click on a symbol it automatically enters my hotkey order

I keep trying to tell them that, but they don't get it

the middle guy I talked to said I needed to enter the amount of "shares" I wanted to buy

I finally said, "Can I talk to somebody over there that knows forex?"

and got disconnected

so that's 8:14 to 9:14

let me get calm again

at least they have classical music while you are on hold

beats the heck out of some low grade fusion
 
well, that was cool, after 2 hours on hold and talking to idiots, I finally got some black man from Jamaica and he understood my problem and walked me through the whole fix, and told me where my problem was

I wanted to get long usd.cad

when I started the phone conversation 2 hours ago it was at about 632

now I'm long from 596
