Server held alerts which trigger orders question

I am looking for 3rd party software for IB that offers the following:

Simple buy/sell/short alerts that when triggered automatically send the order to IB.

Exactly how the Alerts work on Cybertrader.

I cannot seem to find anything that work similar for IB.

Any help would be great apprecaited.
 
That works and is an option, I would prefer a 3rd party program with not only execution based alerts, but better charting capabilities, and auto trading. I would like to do it all from 1 program.

I am suprised that this is so hard to find. Wondering if it is even possible?
