Server changing IBKR

Ibkr assigns each client to that server depending on trading preferencies. I would like to know if i can change server manually via TWS or Account Management or it can be done only via IB customer support. Thanks

There's US east coast, Europe (Switzerland I believe), Hong Kong for Asia and one in China as well. Change it to whatever is closest to you.
Customer support only, you can't do it yourself.

Click "Data" on the top right corner of TWS, what does it say under backups? "hdc1" is Hong Kong, I'm not sure what the others are called.
