arguably healthier alternatives
Sourdough was 2nd on the list right behind Ezekiel, so that is as good as it gets and having an actual taste too.

arguably healthier alternatives
Sure, but the idea is to learn to enjoy healthier alternatives. I know a few people who have disregarded their health in pursuit of that very enjoyment of which you speak.Sourdough was 2nd on the list right behind Ezekiel, so that is as good as it gets and having an actual taste too.

I think the general message should be, do everything in moderation.

In 30 minutes my bread is gonna be done. I have been doing it for 3-4 years. Mix ingredients than let the machine do the rest for 2-3 hours. I like to experience so I keep messing with the recipes.
I tried making sourdough, but that takes lots of patience and messing around. Although I love the bread, I can't make it.

From my bakery:

Ingredients: 70% cocoa dark chocolate brownie, chocolate and raspberry mousse made of 64% Ariaga dark chocolate by Valrhona and Chambord raspberry liqueur, chocolate crumble, raspberry jam.
I order it for birthdays and special occasions. It is better than any cake I have ever had. Ever! I only have a very thin slice. But it's a fairly small cake, so the other folks also indulging are grateful for my heroic self-control.![]()
Only because I tell them to hold the "sprinkles."Sheesh! The only thing missing on that one is flakes of edible gold.
