As per post with MN, I am posting this work I have started here instead of the SPX options thread I started.
If anyone is working on something similar, then let me know and we might set up a private thread to see if we come up with anything of real value?
Work in progress on ES and NQ - just started it tonite, and done for now.
Good bit to do yet to get enough data (bout 3 months or so) and some charts done up.

I don't know whether you are still around, but you are wrong about this.
As far as I observe futures, indexes, and fx are the same.
When I first joined ET, I used to think people who have posted over 1,000 are masters of trading. But now I can see they are mere retail traders who are slightly better than average retail traders. If you want to be a serious trader, you better undertake some PhD studies - and that's serious (i.e. when you initiated this thread I was so interested but when you said you did not want FX traders I was a kind of hurt then

Never mind and sorry if you're close to J_Smith. Recently someone left a reply to this old thread and just remind me of days that I went through some dark days. Never never mind~ I just want to say hello to J_Smith, who I once thought a master of trading. By the way, I don't use FB much.

Don't use this site as primary education,ever. Rarely do you find really useful stuff. There is but it's rare. For the few who are experienced and profitable this is a hangout place to release their psychopathic tendencies so they don't interfere with their trading. For many beginners , this site is like a gold mine of illusions, akin to eating shit, for con men it's a gold mine as well but for other reasons. You see , people with various motivations, congregate, take themselves extremely serious and important, and get a buzz out of it. It takes a bit of experience to sort through all this BS, but takes lots of skills to do so quickly.
