Serious question regading prop firms

All you need to do is go to any small house that is NOT self clearing. Open a margin account with a 100k min and you can get 4 or 6-1 intraday and 2 or 3-1 overnight. Most small shops would be happy to have your business and leverage you without taking a piece of your profits. I don't know how much volume you do but you can get really good rates almost anywhere these days. .01-.006 is standard.

Hint = call the big guys..someone like SLK and even though they wont open your account directly they will point you in the right direction.

there are good deals out there. you can read my past posts for places if you're just looking for dirt cheap tickets. yes, you can get .004 all in NYSE and .012 bullets with good tech/systems/leverage/environment/etc. If you're really making over 20k/month consistently and not nasdaq scalping or rebate trading, then PM me. there are deals where you can put no capital up front, no downside, etc.

Yawn........simba, ...this is the part where the PM comes in....you guys have to get new material....I'll tell you what..You come up with a new way to pitch A/A and i will never mention shill again deal?? ...In fact I already have a new line:

What makes you think i'm pitching A/A? I don't promote for anyone and if you read my past posts you wouldn't be saying this. besides, Andover doesn't offer anything where you can trade and not put up any capital and take zero downside. Frankly, I don't think the place you're at does either. yes, I've referred people to a few places where I don't trade, and they've been getting exactly the deals I've posted in the past (.04 all in nyse) and I'll keep referring people to those places who ask me. Personally, I'm not looking for people whose trading depends on a .04 ticket rate to be profitable. That's why I threw out the offer if anyone's making at least 20k/month consistently, not level II scalping or rebate trading, to PM me. Most prop shops are bullshit middlemen where you take 100% of the downside, pay ridiculous commissions and some even have the audacity to charge 'desk fees' and take a portion of your upside! Why don't they take a portion of your downside as well then???? And frankly all this posting about SHILL this SHILL that gets way old after a while, loses its humor and provides no useful information whatsoever.

What's the matter with L2 scalping and rebate trading!

The opportunity has been there to make excellent money for the past few years while most of these NYSE and momo guys have been either closing up shop or bitching about the specialists every day!

Also, why are people looking for no up front capital deals? Cause they know for a fact their trading style is questionable. I know no style is 100% lock, but if you don't have the confidence in what you are doing to put up 10k, why should someone trust you with their money!
