any recomendation regarding training materials ?

You don't need sponsorship for the Series 3 do you?

no sponsorship needed to take test, but you need to be an Associated Person of a futures firm in order to conduct and get paid on your business.

What if you plan on opening a CPO?

The CPO needs to be registered with the NFA, but it will occur under your registration. You have something like 30 days though. Its much easier than it sounds, call the NFA, they are very helpful.
