September Silver (SIU7)

Silver looks better from a technical standpoint now but I am being cautious on taking a large position until cash silver closes back over its 200EMA which is about 0.20 higher from here. I am still expecting gold to outperform silver for the remainder of the year while silver should begin to outperform gold in a dramatic fashion starting in early '08...

I increased my position in silver once in broke hard a few weeks ago.... still feeling quite nervous about the movements in silver

Realist - do you currently have any position on Dec. Silver?

No.. I am currently flat on all COMEX positions at the moment. I am looking at the end of the month to better gauge the consolidation in Silver. Ideally, I would like to see a pullback in SIZ7 to about 12.70-13 range. We may or may not get the pullback but the metals are in a timeframe where they should at least consolidate down to the 50EMA...
