I'm obvously not trading the same instrument you are.

What is the overall market pressure looking like? Any sharp movements to look forward to, or anticipate today?

I only ask, as I'm looking at my diary of trades, and I seem to trade horribly in the morning hours, but start to do really good, usually making up losses and then some beyond maybe 2:30EST.

hopefully I'll have enough trades under my belt to filter out the times when i typically make the most money.
 
to state the obvious.. the market has a ton of risk in right now...
people are wondering right if they should hold over the weekend.. or sell out in the last hour before teh close..

cnbc is just making claims.."planting the seed" for people to buy and hold they are talkign about the up tick rule being re-instated.. they are talkign about a surprise rate cut etc..
all of this to try and bolster stocks... it's all a bunch of bs.. you are better off shutting off cnbc

I still think buying the dips today is the way to go..up until the last half hour

im trading spy.. i have traded es and i like it especially for tax reasons.. but .. I like tradign the options in spy more than mini es or going to pit for full boat es.. mkt obviously is at decision point here.. i still have an upside bias.. im still in .. im looking ot buy mor with a stop at 125.56
