Questions posed and answered are part of discussions. If you don't know the answer to a question posed to you. Simply say, you don't know. If you do know but don't like the answer to the question. Then it's time for some introspection. As the statement you made leading up to the question was likely wrong to begin with.
Naturally a certain amount of intellectual honesty would be required on your part, Mr "discussion".

As you can see, he would go months without making payments. She had to file motions to enforce as early as 2008 to get him to pay. Most recently he didn't make a payment between Christmas 2012 to nearly the end of February 2013. Even if you give him the benefit of the doubt, you can't seriously tell me that a black man isn't going to notice when he suddenly has hundreds of more dollars one month than the month before. He would certainly know it if you short changed him $5 bucks.

Here are all the motions that were filed in the case. He is totally lying about not knowing about the modifications because he fucking responded to them all as per the court documents.

Doesnt matter if he was all paid up, the mother had to spend $3,000 over the years to get this deadbeat to pay.

Thanks for posting this. Although I know how fucked up relations between black men and women are especially when there are kids involved, I knew there had to be more to this story.

And no, nothing said in here is/was racist. It is true that a lot of black men don't pay child support, leaving the burden on white tax payers. It also true that black women purposely seek out no-good, deadbeat black men with whom to have children. For some reason, a black woman isn't attracted to the black man who's doing something constructive with his life and that will be a great father. Instead, they take degenerate, low-life men and try to transform them into the great man they claim to seek. Therefore, they get most of the blame, IMO. How do I know? Because I'm one of those black men who took the straight and narrow path and a black woman would always choose a thug with 5+ kids with 5 different women over me. Kids which by the way he doesn't support.

Yes it does matter, jail only makes the problem worse. If the lady was out $3000 then making the guy pay 3K would of been correct for the court to rule on. Now the lady will receive no money while he's in jail and the guy will be unemployed when he gets out, idiocy by the courts.
