Actually I think the young do that by voting for the shit establishment Democrats and after many years of being lied to get tired of it.Thats the case with me and most in my political circle that has voted Democrat all our lives but will no longer be doing so.

There will be another big wave of donations from the billionaires if Trump picks someone like Doug Burgham for VP. Some of them- notably Ken Griffin- said they are waiting to see who the vp choice is before writing the check.

Biden is probably the most pro plutocracy Democrat President ever.No attempts to increase taxes on the rich or corporations.No attempts to make them pay higher minimum wages.No attempts to regulate Wall Street.No attempts at improving healthcare that would hurt the health insurers. Made sure to restart student loans so the student loan profiteers could start making money again.Sided with the railroads over the union workers etc.
If thats what we are going to get from Democrat Presidents Im fine living with Republican Presidents.

41% of my age group voted for Sanders in the 2020 Dem primaries.The oldest group did vote for Biden but I think thats because they were from the older generation that believes only a centrist democrat can win.The current young and middle aged leftists wont be voting for the Clinton/Gore/Biden types as they get older so Dems better get with a more progressive platform that is willing to piss off the rich/corporations/oligarchs etc or we are going to keep living under republican rule for a long time imo.
