Senate Intel Committee accepts James Comey’s offer to testify in public

The director of the FBI is under sworn obligation to report such a serious crime to the AG immediately, not months or weeks later. This is just more smoke and mirrors by the loony left press.:banghead:

Looks like Fox News has disseminated the government talking points, repeating nonsense they pulled out of their asses like the Seth Rich story. I mean, knowing the history of memos and Watergate would be enough to not believe nonsense like this but propaganda is easier to swallow and repeat.

:D …I deal in facts only… Whether he wrote it or taped it, if Comey came to the conclusion that Trump was trying to obstruct justice, he Comey, has no choice other than report it to his superior immediately. If he balks or waits, that becomes and indite-able offense. And since he did not report anything, Comey will not send himself down the river for Trump or anyone else for that matter.

And the turd that phoned the Washington Post, fake or not, appears to have an axe to grind with the departed Comey. Peel away the layers, and all that's there is an onion…:D

Please cite this statute where Comey not passing over internal memos to AG is an indictable offense.
