Strategy? What strategy? What's a strategy?

That was my reaction too. Any strategy would be a step up from what obama is doing. We are partnering with the "moderate" opposition, who do not even exist except in the fantasies of Obama and John McCain, against Assad and his Iranian backers, who are fighting ISIS and several other al qaeda groups, who we are against in Iraq but don't want Assad and the Russians attacking in syria. Our "allies" Turkey and Saudi Arabia shelter and finance ISIS, respectively. Saudi Arabia is helping out on the refugee front by not admitting a single refugee.

At least Syria is not a totally failed state and terrorist haven like Libya. We can thank the Russians for that.
