lot of Chinese stocks were on the down list
With that semi shortage supposinngly lasting years isn't this sector just ripe for continous new highs and the Transports.... they were on a complete tear to the upside for months and now seeing the diverge from the overall markets trending lower the last 2 months as the markets have trended higher has become questionable. Same being said for the small caps.

sorry IWM looks like its going down from FEB/mar. 50dma can be a buy , but Stock Traders Almanac has sucha strong summer sell off, most longs will hunt for greener pastures.
However i may consider a buy in OCT, if price confirms + it starts getting close to SPY,qqq % gain in oct or NOV..................................................
