The only reason Israel can do a "targeted" screening policy and get away with it is because no one wants to visit there. It's not exactly the US, a country which most of the world wants to take trips to.
They have their own problems. Arab Israelis will soon outnumber Israeli Jews. I suspect the Jews will then have to deport the arabs enmasse.
I never quite understood why the Jewish diaspora is so enamored with the "home land". More than 90% of the Jewish diaspora are either of Ashkenazi or Khazari origin with absolutely Zero genetic semetic seeding. They're genetically more closely related to the Turks and the Iranians than the native Arab and Jewish semites. Jews should look at their own leaders ( for distorting their real heritage) to find their real enemies.
