I have half million to spare and currently looking for good,proven strategies, preferably arbitrages type, to form partnership on 50/50 equity share.

Can you spare me $30,000 on IB TWS ?

Open an acct for me so I connect my automated systems and trade in time to come. For a start, I may run my systems on your paper trade acct, as a track record. I know many hedge funds giving seeds, and are leaning towards systematic trading with Sharpe > 3.0.

500k is small change for disclosing to you a proven startegy. Nobody will do it. As a matter of fact, if you think 500K means anything these days you are not in serious business. That is much less than the amount most winner traders spend yearly on cars, vacations and evenings out.

500K is chicken feed. when i make 100% a year for you, my cut leaves me with 250K, after tax its only 125K in my pocket.
