Most of the time - doesn't work that way.
Gazillion of beginners looking for one as well.
Some just imagine that they put in a lot, some do so for real & some do nothing and ask info
for free.
My personal experience, people looking out for mentors - aren't 100% sure about that which they want in life. If they stick long enough, quite often, they realize, that this (or any other craft) isn't for them.
Noneless, something that might help you :
show the potential & the
mentor might show up, even without asking for one.
(potential can be things as work ethic/determination/creativity/curiosity)
Otherwise, for him, it could be just a waste of time, because :
as much as possible about options over the past few months
,,As much as possible'' might be 5 hours per week & that's anything but enough.
( met people like that )
If noone contacts you, just stick to the community. Lot's of option veterans in here. Check the
,, Journals '' sub-forum, - might find something useful. More likely, after a while, it's impossible to miss on some
gems, that would improve your game.
