Maybe a pump by management to up the stock price before an announcement of dilument. This could be a ploy on management relating to this Citadel financing payment in cash. Seed's cash flow and balance sheet is low. Tommorow they could announce a shelf offering to dilute the stock. Maybe short next trading day.

I'm shocked it ended much beyond $12. Around 8% higher han I figured it would finish is a surprise to me. That's pretty far outside an "unusual" bollinger band or an "unusual" moving average channel. Wouldn't be surprised if it drops back in the aftermarket or in the morning to around $12. Screwed the pooch thinking it would drop back to $12, but at least I was (somewhat) correct about it not getting under $12.

yep, but it can remain wierd longer then pain tolerence.
At 12.90s i bought some figuring they will at least test 13s, made a few pennies, so finished pretty much flat on this one.
if I held the short would've been disaster. Phew.
