SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Allegations of fraud leveled against Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and the firm's structuring of a collateralized debt obligation have sparked concern that similar deals could come under intense scrutiny -- along with hedge funds that bet against the complex structures.
