Secret signals at YahooFinance site?

Sub dollar shares are quoted at less than a penny, this is not new nor anything to do with some cabal.
But we are talking of PctChange... Why more than 2 decimals with PctChange? It doesn't make sense nor explains it. Unless it's done by error, or hmm.... :-)

How many decimals posted for 'last price'?
" 'percent'?
If it disrupts your sensibilities report it to yahoo, they'll run it up the flagpole at the monday mtg.

Upto 4 decimals is used with last price, and that is ok.
But with "percent change" it becomes suspicious to display more than 2 decimals, regardless whether the price is in the thousands or is subpenny.

If I did so, then I wouldn't have a theme to post here... :)

YahooFinance usually shows only 2 decimals for "% Change", but sometimes it shows even 4 or even 5 decimals. Has this maybe a secretive meaning? Maybe a secret conspiracy of the cabal giving some public, but secretive, signals to its... cabalist... members? :)

Penny wise and percent foolish. Cabalist or not, just don't mess with these penny pinchers.

Dude, these are penny stocks. Even just 1-cent move would equate to like 5%-6%.

True, dude! So then think logically: does it then need more decimals to display the percentage change, or rather less decimals?... It doesn't make sense... :)

No it doesn't.
Seems like Yahoo configure the number of displayed decimal based on the number of decimal in the price of the instrument.
Is it the right way to do it?
I'd say no.
Is it important?
I'd say the same.
