YahooFinance usually shows only 2 decimals for "% Change", but sometimes it shows even 4 or even 5 decimals. Has this maybe a secretive meaning? Maybe a secret conspiracy of the cabal giving some public, but secretive, signals to its... cabalist... members?

The more decimal places is for HFT front running. Read about sub pennying. It's the best kept secret of HFT overlords.

A trader friend of mine used to trade CL... he swore that signals were given out of London based on the 30 minute bar closing price of 3:30am EST. The operative I suppose is "he used to trade". LOL
