Volume is piss-poor right now and we are floating higher. Barring a nuclear standoff with Iran/N. Korea/Other I'm voting that we take out the highs and the DOW sees 12800 this year.
 
This market could see new highs by Friday if the job numbers fall perfectly into place. Im still bearish and will remain bearish, I still will say now at DOW 12509 that its going below 12,000.
